288min may request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. This is standard practice on gaming platforms and is done to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.
Age Verification: 288min takes age verification seriously. If there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided. Winnings earned during an unverified period may be withheld.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your account is kept up to date. If your registered payment details change — for example, if you switch to a different JazzCash or Easypaisa number — please update your account promptly to avoid delays on withdrawals.
All deposits on 288min are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no platform fee charged by 288min on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash or Easypaisa directly if you are unsure.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — for example, a family member's JazzCash wallet — are not permitted. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be voided.
288min reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit before credits are released, particularly for bank transfers. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
Note: Deposits are for gaming purposes only. The platform does not accept deposits intended for investment, savings, money transfer or any purpose other than gaming on 288min.
Withdrawal requests on 288min are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to your JazzCash wallet.

Bonus Abuse: Using VPNs, multiple devices, shared networks or any other method to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and possible account closure.
All games available on 288min — including slots, fish games, live casino and sports betting — are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.
All slot and RNG-based games on 288min operate using certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published where available.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server outages, disconnection issues or any other technical fault — 288min reserves the right to void any bet that was affected. Sports betting results are determined based on official match outcomes from recognised governing bodies, including the Pakistan Cricket Board for cricket events, and FIFA/AFC for football. In cases of disputed results or event cancellations, the relevant game provider's rules will apply.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault — for example, if the player chooses to self-exclude — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard checks are completed.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the support team at any time. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours.
